I almost forgot! Then when I remembered I was traipsing around the city playing in a splash park and eating yummy food at the best hole in wall. Yep, I took my girl out of homeschool to spend a day with friends. So, without further ado, this week’s Story Time: Interactive Style!
- Look at the pic.
- Comment on the pic with a story/line/caption.
- Yay!
Whew! Have fun with that one!

As for last week’s pic. It’s pretty obvious we were still in the moving in phase. I believe I had already gotten the new iPhone and Ashlyn was appropriating my old phone. I have a feeling we’re going to have a lot of chatting going on at our house when the girls get older. They’re both already breaking their allotted 20,000 words per day and the 250 words per minute that girls are supposed to speak. Those scientists weren’t at this house, let me tell you, when they came up with those numbers.
Failed lullaby nuber 17 from notsoahm:
Weeeee willllll, weeeee willl, ROCK YOU! ROCK YOU !(to sleep)
Stay tuned next week to hear notsosahm sing BOOOORN in the U es AAAAAA ((without an epidural!)
GREAT ONE, dlionmom!
this is too easy of one to pass up though:
“For Pete’s Sake
I’ve been everywhere, man
I’ve been everywhere, man
Crossed the deserts bare, man
I’ve breatherd the mountain air, man
Travel – I’ve had my share, man
I’ve been everywhere
I’ve been to: Louisville, Nashville, Knoxville, Omerback, Shereville, Jacksonville, Waterville, Costa Rock, Richfield, Springfield, Bakersfield, Shreveport, Hakensack, Cadallic, Fond du Lac,
Davenport, Idaho, Jellico, Argentina, Diamondtina,
Pasadena, Catalina … I’ve been EVERYWHERE, man. I’ve been EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!”
I’m laughing so hard that I can’t even comment on your picture. Because Reagan’s all in the background, completely nonplussed by her Rock Star Mama, and THAT is what’s cracking me up. There you are, giving it your all, channeling your inner Pat Benetar…and the audience is nonresponsive. That is my life’s legacy. I’m just glad you are putting it out there so that I don’t have to.
