My friend’s brother set up his camera to take a picture every 15 minutes during the first blizzard we had, this past weekend. This is so awesome. Watch the tree on the right side of the video.

I'm a photographer and homeschooler Dream = travel blogger. We move around every couple of years. That's fine, I love seeing different parts of our great country and the world. Great things: Jesus, traveling, photography, eating, sewing, scrapbooking, reading, shopping...not necessarily in that order. View more posts
That is sooo cool,,,he should send it to his local news station,,,heck, even FOX News.
That is so awesome. I saw something similar on the news with a deck railing. The trees are amazing that they can take that much weight (and a lot of them couldn’t).
A lof the tree branches on the outskirts of our neighborhood have broken from the weight. I wonder how it’s all going to look once the snow is gone.
That is fabulous!
Thanks! I looked through your posts and noticed that you’re thinking about homeschooling. I wasn’t homeschooled as a child but we homeschool our girls (one is 8 and and the other one is only 3 so we haven’t started with her yet). If you have any questions feel free to ask me! I’ve got a little blurb about it on my blog. If you look up at the top of the screen there are three tabs: Home, About Me and Homeschooling. It’s got information about curriculum that we’ve used before and that we’re using now.
Have a great weekend! V
So crazy. I saw a similar video on Jill Stanek’s site 🙂
I may need to pass that along to my Texas family who has only ever seen a few inches of snow!
Amazing. I watched it three times. Mostly the tree. Then showed my husband. That is really amazing, how he put it together too.
I know! It makes me want to try it out. I don’t know how to set a camera on a timer like that. I’m guessing there was special equipment involved 🙂
That is SO cool!
What kind of special equipment do you need to do time lapsed photography like that?
That is so amazing! About halfway through the storm we thought about doing something like that. Kick myself for not. Thanks for sharing!
That’s amazing!
I’m gonna send my parents here, so he can see it. I’ve been keeping them posted on your snow amounts…they’ll get a kick out of seeing this!
