Dreaming of the pros. Catching any waves we can.

The original was just a little lopsided and dim so I cropped to straighten. I lightened the pic just a bit but it didn’t do too much with the sticks. So I used an adjustment brush to lighten those and the back of the boy’s head. I also used an adjustment brush on the whites of the water to bring out the contrast. I didn’t mess that much with the color of the water and sky because I wanted the focus to remain on the boy. I increased the vibrance a little. The original:
