I asked for it. Kelly and Danyelle, sisters, both took the challenge on their blogs and I wanted in. The task: list 10 things that you like that begin with a certain letter. I was tagged with M…by both of them. Collaboration? Sister telepathy? And since they both chose M I will not take the easy way out. I’m going for twenty. Here goes (in no particular order):
10 + 10 Things I Like That Start With The Letter M
-
Manarola, Italy (part of Cinque Terre)
-
München, Germany (Munich for the uninitiated. So, technically, I should have said München, Deutschland)
-
Montgomery, Alabama (I learned from good-ole Wikipedia that Montgomery City and Montgomery County are named for two different men…)
-
Mascarpone and all other types of cheese. Even goat cheese.
-
M&Ms (any kind really, but my fave is peanut)
- Mommyhood (and my own mommy)
- Medicine for headaches. Any. Please. (I will go take some Motrine right now.)
- Mobile devices
- Mompreneurship
- Moon gazing…along with all the other celestial bodies
- Munchies (not having the munchies, but eating munchies)
- Mealtime (when I don’t have to cook)
- Manuscripts that have become the Bible
- Multiple days off teaching
- Maid service (I wish)
- Mo and my other meowing animal, Buzz
- Memory keeping in all its forms (blogging, sewing, scrapbooking, letters to my daughters)
- Matrimony
- Making our way throughout the whole world (traveling for those of you not obsessed with M’s today)
- Mandibular mastication of magnificent morsels
And to continue playing along I will not tag people to do this. If you think you’re up for the challenge let me know and I’ll assign you a letter. And to quote Kelly, “Probably not even Q.”
Don’t tell Peta or my vegan friends but I actually plucked a pheasant that my friend’s hubby shot and made Christmas ornaments out of the feathers (like 8 years ago) but the ones on my turkey were from JoAnns 😉 I think feather hair accessories would be “fierce” 😉
And okay… THANK YOU for saying that about B.O. because that is totally what I think about people who voted for him… they are looking for a savior in the WRONG place! I am hoping he will prove me wrong but “I told you so” would be fun too 😉
Oh, and got ahead and give me a letter… I’ll play tag 🙂
Wow! That’s impressive. i’m not sure I could do 10, much less 20. But I’ll try:
1. (the) Mother
2. (the) MonkeyGirl
3. Movies
4. Music
5. Meatball Subs
6. Midnight
7. Midget clothing (also known as “petite”)
8. Moose (Ozzie’s nickname)
9. Memorabilia
10. Moments of Clarity
Impressive! (Do you ever wonder how we got “Munich” out of “Munchen”??)
I am inpressed!
I meant impressed…gosh I cannot spell…ugh
That was impressive! Montrachet or Montchevre (my favorite goat cheeses!) Yum
I feel like games like this bring out the Dr. Seuss in me. Did you know I can recite his entrie ABC book from memory? (Does that mean I have too much time on my hands?)lol
loved Mompreneurship-it says a lot
bravo! twenty is a lot. and me and k might have telepathy, because it was not collaboration.
Ooh… fun! It’s kinda like Scattergories, which is one of the most fun games ever! Hmm… I haven’t been blogging much, so I’ll take the challenge… send me a letter. 🙂
maple syrup. and you are an overachieving nut, you know that? i live for the easy way out 🙂
Wow, you doubled the Mmmm goodness.
Wow, you did a good job!
Hit me. (Though after the elbows post maybe that’s not the safest thing to say.)
Love your creative M-words!! I love word games, but not sure my brain can handle it today…
hugs, Jami
What a great getting-to-know-you tag:-)
Thanks for reminding me that a S… and two C….s have way more talent than I’ll ever be able to muster in one pinky.
Okay, so I’ve got my Ws up now. =)
