We were able to go to the towns of Pinehurst and Southern Pines recently. Sorry, no pictures of the golf course. There was snow on the greens. I had my Lensbaby Spark with me to play around a bit. That one time in Amboise, France
For our 15th anniversary we went to Amboise, France. Un voyage en amoureux. Amboise is a small town along the Loire River about 2 hours south of Paris. Scale in Photography (St Louis Arch)
I follow Digital Photography School on Facebook and read their post the other day about How to Use the Human Form to Give a Sense of Scale to Your Images. I love the images that they use as examples. WeContinue reading “Hawaii (to warm our winter bones)”

We’ve done school while traveling before, but I haven’t been very good in incorporating the places we’re traveling through and to into our schooling. We’ve done field trips to places like Boston, Jamestown/Williamsburg/Yorktown, etc. where we go, learn about something, and thenContinue reading “Gathering ideas for our big trip”
